Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We respect your right to privacy and process all deletion requests within 30 days.

1. How to Delete Your Data

There are two ways to request deletion of your account and all personal data:

Method 1 — Through the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the Qozgal app;
  2. Go to Settings;
  3. Tap Delete Account;
  4. Confirm the action.

Method 2 — By Email

  1. Send an email to support@qozgal.app;
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion";
  3. Include the email address or username associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days of receiving it.

2. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

3. What Is Not Deleted

After account deletion, only anonymized aggregated statistical data may be retained — for example, the total number of users or the aggregate step count in the system. This data contains no information that could identify you as an individual and cannot be linked to your account.

Please note: account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

5. Health Data

We do not store raw HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) data on our servers. Only the aggregated daily step counter is sent to the server. This counter is also deleted along with all other data when your account is removed.

Data in the HealthKit or Health Connect storage on your device remains untouched — it is managed through the respective app (Health on iOS or Google Fit / Health Connect on Android).
